“Dr. Brock is one of the gentlest chiropractors I have ever been to. He and his wife became our friends, not just our doctors. They are amazing people who truly care about their patients.”

Donna B.

“I was skeptical when I first went. I had been living with chronic pain that was resulting in permanent nerve damage and dragging my foot. The options I was given were surgery or pain. I tried Dr. Brock as a last ditch effort to avoid the knife at 42. Dr. B has my back pain gone and I can full live an active life.”

Matt R.

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. They treat you like family and are the only ones I trust with my family’s chiropractic care!! Could not recommend them more!! Also amazing prenatal and postnatal care too!!!”

How care works

What does a Fort Collins chiropractor do on a typical visit?

At Martin Chiropractic of Northern Colorado, a typical visit starts with listening. Dr. Brock Martin, DC, wants to know what hurts, what has changed, and what you want to get back to doing. That conversation guides the exam and the plan.

When X-rays are needed, they are taken on site so you do not have to make a second trip. Findings are explained in plain language. You leave knowing what we saw and what we recommend next.

Most established visits are short. Adjustments are usually done within about ten minutes, which fits real life in Fort Collins. First visits take longer because the exam and history matter.

Who is chiropractic care for?

Families come in for back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports strains, and auto accident recovery. Parents also bring infants and kids for gentle pediatric care, and many expectant moms schedule prenatal visits with Webster Technique support.

You do not need a referral to book. We are in network with most major insurance, and our team helps with paperwork when you bring your card. New patient specials start from $21. Call 970.294.4150 or book online when you are ready.

How is Martin Chiropractic different?

Care here is one-on-one and personal. You see Dr. Brock. Amelia at the front desk helps with scheduling, insurance questions, and keeping visits smooth. The goal is clear communication and a calm office, not a rushed conveyor belt.

Rated 4.8 stars across 209 Google reviews, patients often mention gentleness, clear explanations, and feeling treated like family. Those reviews are from Google Business Profile, not a marketing script.
