Frequently asked questions

This chiropractor FAQ for Fort Collins answers the questions patients ask most at Martin Chiropractic of Northern Colorado, from referrals and insurance to what happens on your first visit. If you do not see your question here, call (970) 294-4150 and our front desk will help.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. You can book directly with Martin Chiropractic of Northern Colorado by phone or through the sked.life new patient portal. A referral is not required to start care.

What happens on my first visit?

Your first visit includes a history, an exam, and X-rays on site if they are needed. Dr. Brock Martin then explains what he finds and lays out the options for care. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to finish any paperwork.

Does an adjustment hurt?

Most patients feel little or no pain during an adjustment. You may hear or feel a pop, which is simply gas releasing from the joint. If any area is tender, tell our doctor and a gentler technique can be used.

Do you see children and pregnant patients?

Yes. We offer gentle pediatric care and prenatal care, and our doctor is Webster Technique certified. We care for patients of every age, from infants to grandparents.

What are your hours and where are you located?

We are at 4532 McMurry Ave #120, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
