How do I book a chiropractor in Fort Collins?

The fastest way to book is to call (970) 294-4150. Our front desk can answer questions about scheduling, insurance, and what to expect, then find a time that fits your week. The phones are staffed during office hours.

You can also request a visit online through the sked.life new patient portal. The portal lets you start your new patient paperwork and pick a time that works for you. If you do not see the slot you want, call the office and we will help.

Planning ahead? Keep your insurance card nearby when you book. That helps us check your coverage before your first visit, so there are fewer surprises at the front desk.

What happens at my first chiropractic visit?

Your first visit is about understanding your health, not rushing you onto the table. Dr. Brock Martin reviews your history, asks about your goals, and examines the areas that are bothering you. X-rays are available on site if they are needed to guide care.

1. Arrive about 10 minutes early to finish any remaining paperwork.
2. Meet Dr. Brock Martin and talk through your history and goals.
3. Complete an exam, plus X-rays on site if they are needed.
4. Review what the exam shows and the options for care.

What are your office hours?

Martin Chiropractic is open through the week with a mix of morning and afternoon hours. Saturday and Sunday the office is closed. Here are the current hours.

How much does the first visit cost?

We are in network with most major insurance, and no referral is needed to start care. If you are paying without insurance, ask about the new patient special, which starts at $21. Our front desk can walk you through the cost before you commit.

What should I bring, and how do I confirm?

Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you plan to use benefits. Wear clothes you can move in. If the visit is for a child or for prenatal care, tell the front desk when you book so we can prepare the right length of visit.
